Acrylic paintings, ink drawings, photographs and mono-prints, all rooted in the patterns of nature and the human body.

All kinds of patterns; wrinkles, river channels, tufts, textures and repetition of shapes that can be found in nature

​

"Nature has its own ways of creating patterns. For example when the wind blows for a long time from one direction and patterns form in the sand or snow or when the earth freezes and thaws alternately and tufts form or when the water flows down the slope and draws patterns in it. The same thing happens as we age and wrinkles form their pattern in the skin. Then you can often read a whole life from one human face and see what winds have blown ".
